I put the wrong phone number / address in my order, the package will be returned. What happens?
If you entered the wrong address or phone number in your order (for Budbee box, this is crucial for a pickup code, etc.) then we can help you change. Provided that that information reaches us before the carrier itself interrupts the delivery. If Budbee needs to empty your box or cancel delivery due to an address error, it will be returned to us. We will refund you the order and charge SEK 30 for return shipping. Then of course we hope you want to place a new order with correct information.

In the event of a non-collected package at a Postnord agent, the same fee will be charged, 39 kr.
