This is probably because some information in your confirmed order is incorrect. An address error or incorrect phone number prevents Budbee from delivering your package correctly. For pickup code on a Budbee box, phone numbers must be correct.

If the Budbee order is canceled, it will be returned to us and we will charge you the return shipping of 59 kr for the extra delivery required.

If you have chosen not to pick up your package at a Postnord agent, the same fee of 59 kr will be charged to your order.
